...started in 1990 Our first holiday in this Land of Shapes and Colours ("The Land Shapes Us, The Land Colours Our Imagination"), its myths and legends and indescribably beautiful landscapes captured our hearts from the very first moment. In the years to come we would frequently visit Aotearoa - until yearning became so intense that one day, in August 1997, we decided to leave our birthplace of Wiesbaden in Germany behind to start a new life in New Zealand. The German newspaper "Wiesbadener Kurier" and a documentary ("Hallo Deutschland") on ZDF, Germany's TV Channel 2, reported about our emigration and our plans for the future, which took shape with the founding of Silberfarn Golf & Holiday Tours Ltd.

Today we are pleased to be able to share our knowledge and love for this country with our guests. Especially for German guests the vastness of still intact nature and the very laid-back lifestyle of the New Zealand people is a welcome and relaxing break from the stress of "real" life in Germany We will try and intensify this "holiday feeling" with our well-planned tours so that your dream vacation in New Zealand is relaxing and rejuvenating with plenty of time to let your mind wander, take walks or for the pure enjoyment of nature.

Our round trips stand out from the offerings of other operators by being far more personalized, with time for each guest, due to the small groups.
